The Penn West Conference's budget supports many learning opportunities for our children, youth, adults, and spiritual leaders. Through study and discernment we grow in faith, knowledge, and wisdom to be brighter beacons for God's mission:

• Penn West Conference Academy - trains lay members in faith and knowledge for personal growth, as well as those seeking to serve as lay pastors.
• Partners in Education (PIE) - teaching ministry for churches in curriculum, teacher support, training, and material resources.
• Confirmation Enrichment - enhances local churches' confirmation programs by offering weekend study and experiences.
• Pastor's Retreat - an annual retreat of the pastors for faith growth and leadership development.
• Licensed Minister's Refresher - an annual renewal and enrichment weekend for the licensed ministers.
• Pre-Lent Retreat - an annual retreat for pastoral renewal and leadership.
